Need some business marketing skills to play the game

You got to think like a business manager in this game. I played it until the point where I was charging $6.50 for a cup of coffee. Whatever the market research/ advice says I increase or decrease it marginally (by .5) I got a happy face each and every time. Sales were up bought coffee and sugar plantations which lower cost and increase profit. Cost of good sold was high at the begining, including marketing cost and other cost like heat and fan to make customer happy. If this was for real I be making money. I stay with the rich neighborhood if I were you.
